Technological changes and lifestyle changes present new and evolving challenges in leadership and communication. Instant messages, email, Facebook, MSN, text messages, cell phones have opened up the communication super highway… While technology makes it easier to “get in touch with people” – these technologies don’t always make it easier to understand one another. And understanding one another is key to being in relationship.

These technological changes coupled with my own professional and personal experience has spurred me to help people work through a variety of important leadership and communication challenges.
